I ordered two women’s button ups in a size L. In no planet are they a large.
The threads were sticking out everywhere, and they were see through.
The shoulders were tiny and tight, and the sleeves were so skinny they couldn’t be buttoned.
I’m typically a medium in all other brands, so I even sized up.
Will be returning for a refund as an exchange would be pointless.

Been waiting since summer 2019 for them to release the dusky pink biker jacket in a mens fit, I even contemplated buying a woman's XXL last January when it was only a female fit. Here we are a year or so later, and I finally have it in a perfect fit. Their sizing guide, in my opinion is up there with the most accurate I've used. I was confused because i have a black biker jacket in a size 42, but through their fantastic communication on Instagram I was advised to go for 38 for a tight fit (my chest is 37 inches). It is tight, the zip will be a bit of a squeeze, but I'm not bothered, and that's how it should be. You want it a little tight to stretch to your fit. I ordered it to the UK, the tracking number was prompt and accurate with each movement. In fact, other than customs ripping me off (which obviously isn't STH's fault) this would be the best purchase of my life, maybe it still is? Take the chance, because the company seems so legit, I can't see how you won't ever be 100% satisfied. Damn I'm gonna look rock n roll

Had some issues with sizing. Was able to cancel my order via Live Chat and was given store credit within hours and some advice on how to shop for the most accurate size. Keep up the great work.

Purchased some clothing items late-October as Christmas gifts for my wife. One item, a motorcycle jacket, did not fit. Initiated the return process on the 60th day from purchase. RA was rejected. After much back and forth via email and Instagram, STH agreed to refund IF I paid to ship the return at my expense (almost $40 UPS). I was also told I had to first purchase the replacement before authorization.
The second item arrived and the fit was no better. Another round of emails, second jacket could be returned for a store credit. I agreed. CSR wrote that if you don’t hear back from us within 7 business days to get in touch. Many reminder emails sent from me. STH took so long to respond that again the 60-day window for return had expired. Received email explaining second jacket was not authorized for return.
My advice to STH: if you care about returning customers, allow a return on the day after your 60-day return window. Had they taken care of this, I had a list of items I would’ve returned for.

Not sure what all of the bad reviews are about, my experience with STH has been nothing but positive. I ordered a jacket, it was shipped within 3 days, and arrived in perfect condition. No complaints there and I'd definitely order again. Now, the USPS was delayed a bit in their delivery but that's mainly due to COVID and weather conditions, not on STH. Patience is important, give 'em a chance!

Accidently shipped wrong size item but responded quickly and let me return and exchange for a size up! Great service, amazing clothes!

I purchased a Straight to Hell silk embroidered varsity jacket from Belmont Vintage in Chicago. I love this jacket so much, the quality and design aesthetic was there. This jacket I have worn throughout my twenties - it has survived being blackout drunk, travel, moving apartments, different seasons. The embroidery is so unique and worth the price.. I cannot count how many times I have been stopped and asked about this jacket when I have worn it. Support Straight to Hell they’re a great brand and are contributing to an individualized brand aesthetic which is rare.

Certainly the best jackets on the web. Their price and quality go hand in hand, I could not make better purchase. I am very happy with my new straight to hell jackets????????????????

Trash company. Shirt doesn’t fit and because it was a gift and given to me 30 days after they received it, I can’t return it. Emailed them but received some generic response. Also the shirt feels very cheaply made. All I wanted was is to get a larger size that’s it.

Disappointing. I was really looking forward to get their shirt that was 75$ + 50$ international shipping.
The shirt looks and feels cheap. I'm pretty petite so size small is ideal but when i put it on, its pretty tight and uncomfortable. I don't know how it will look and feel like after a wash but i imagine that i wont be wearing it much ...
